General

Persons who are 18 years of age or older or who have graduated from high school, are eligible to attend Lansing Community College. If you are under 18 or are from another country, please look to the options below that apply to you.

International (outside of the U.S.)

International students are citizens of a country other than the United States who have entered the U. S. on a visa issued by the U.S. Department of State.

International Guest (currently attending U.S. college/university)

International guest students are students with F1, J1 or M1 visas currently attending another U.S. college and have permission to attend a limited number of classes at LCC

Selective Admissions

Selective Admissions programs have additional admission requirements. This link provides a list of the selective admissions programs at LCC and requirements for admission.

Dual

The Dual program is designed to provide an opportunity to qualified high school students to earn college credit.

Guest

Guest students are currently attending another U.S. college and intend to take a small number of classes at LCC.

Assessment and Placement Testing

The Assessment Center of Lansing Community College provides high quality placement, certification, online and hybrid testing and offers support for face-to-face courses.

The orientation web site is designed to be informative and fun. Orientation web has many sources of information both on and off campus in order to make your college life a little easier.
