Using a Paper Application for Admissions

You may use a paper application to apply for semesters up to one year in advance.  Fall semesters begin late August, Spring semesters begin early January, and Summer terms begin early June.

• International applicants must follow the procedures outlined under International Admissions.

Download a paper admission application or contact the Admissions office at (517) 483-1200 to have a paper application mailed to you.

1. Complete all pages of the application.  Make sure you have completed all the required information (marked with an *).  Don't forget to sign and date your form.
2. Fax or mail your form to our office.  See the information below.  Or, you may deliver it to Enrollment Services, Gannon Building Room 203.
