How to Apply

Directions

1. Fill out the Application Form (PDF) and Financial Resource Form in your browser.

2. Verify that all information is correct and free of typographical errors and Print.  Be sure to keep a copy for your records.

3. Submit the forms  and required documents (such as High School Documents ,  Competency Documents  and  Visa Type*)  by mail to the address below:

We will attempt to process your application within two weeks of receipt but may take longer during busy times.

Do not fax forms! 
*Any other visa type except F-1 or M-1 please print and mail in application form.
