Advancing technology and cost-reduction measures result in employers continuously changing the skills profile of their manufacturing/skilled trades staff. We focus on working with professionals from the manufacturing industry to identify employee development needs and to provide innovative solutions to enhance employee and organizational performance.

Training programs available through the BCI focus on the highly-specialized skills needed by today's manufacturing workers. These skills include not only the ability to run machines and equipment, but also business and leadership skills and an aptitude for advanced technologies, global manufacturing systems, lean processes, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Services are delivered on-site, online, or on campus. Utilizing the latest occupational research and industry trends as well as a network of faculty and highly qualified consultants and training specialists, BCI provides customized workforce development solutions that focus on the highly-specialized skills and certifications needed by manufacturing workers.
