TEACHER PARAPROFESSIONAL
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
Curriculum Code: 0829 (Effective Fall 2001 - Summer 2006)
The program is designed to prepare students for employment as a Teacher
paraprofessional. Required courses provide an introduction to educational
concepts as well as a practical experience in an elementary school classroom.
Courses in this program are applicable to the Associate in Arts Degree with a
concentration in Elementary Education. Students planning to transfer should see
an academic advisor or counselor before enrolling in any course.
