An office specialist is skilled in the use of word processing, database,
spreadsheet, and graphics software. Responsibilities include office procedures,
business document preparation, proofreading, records management, and internet
usage. Additional training will enhance an individual's employment and
advancement opportunities.

and Windows experience. This experience may come from life or work
experience, CABS 100 seminars, CABS 101, CABS 104, or CABS 195.
