The Medical Transcription Program prepares
students to work as a member of administrative support staff in
hospitals, medical centers, medical clinics, insurance
companies, managed care organizations, managed transcription
services, and home office settings. The Certificate of
Completion provides the basic course work in the program and
prepares students for entry-level employment in this field. All
course work in this certificate will apply toward completion of
the Medical Transcription Certificate of Achievement and
Associate in Business Degree. |

experience may come from life or work experience, CABS 100
Seminars, CITF 106, CITF 108, OADM 103, or OADM 109. |
