Year-Round Screening Information
Welcome to the Screening Program
The Lansing Community College Counseling Center welcomes you to online screening for depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, at-risk alcohol use, and eating disorders. The Screenings for Mental Health program are educational initiatives. The results of these screenings are for informational purposes only, consequently diagnosis and treatment recommendations are not provided. This anonymous and ongoing free screening is being made available to all LCC students for the first time this year. The screening is provided so that you may anonymously and privately find out in a few minutes if you may have a problem and whether or not professional consultation may be helpful to you.
If, after completing the screening, your results indicate a problem may be present, we recommend that you discuss your result with a trained mental health or medical professional of your choosing. If you are considering suicide or harming someone else, we recommend that you get help right now. Call 911.
