Come to this session to learn more about the educator resources available through TechSmith, a leading provider of screen capture and recording software for individual and professional use. For educators, TechSmith offers software which allows you to:

  • add captions to recorded lectures,
  • add visuals to PowerPoint presentations, reports, and other documents,
  • create a video for a podcast (PDF) (audio only) or vodcast (audio and video) that can be played by students on-demand on portable media devices like their iPods, and
  • easily record your PowerPoint presentations lectures for your students
Bring your laptop to this session to view software such as SnagIt, which is used for screen capturing and editing and Camtasia Relay, which is used to provide a streamlined way of organizing and recording live lectures and presentations and automatically publishing them for viewing.
