Course Management System Request Forms

To access the Faculty CMS Request Forms, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to myLCC using your TUID and Password.
  2. Select the Resources Tab.
  3. The CMS Information area is located in the center column.
  4. Select the Request Form you wish to use from the appropriate drop down menu
  5. Select Go. The form will open in a new window.

CMS Request Forms Available:

  • Adobe Connect Account Request
  • Desire2Learn: Access for an Incomplete Request
  • Desire2Learn: Add a User to a Course Request
  • Desire2Learn: Course Deletion Request
  • Desire2Learn: Copy a Department or Other Users Course Request
  • Desire2Learn: Crosslisting Request
  • Desire2Learn: Feedback Form
  • Desire2Learn: Group Creation Request
  • Desire2Learn: Master Course Creation Request

Hours of Live Chat Operation:
Monday - Thursday
8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm

If the Live Chat is Offline, please contact the eLearning Department via email at lcc_elearning@lcc.edu or leave an offline message within the Live Chat client.

The eLearning Department will respond to emails and offline messages within one business day.
