The following five divisions are the foundation for LCC's vibrant entrepreneurial culture.

Small Business & Technology Development Center
The Small Business & Technology Development Center
(SBTDC) provides confidential business consulting to established
entrepreneurs as well as classes and research data for those
entrepreneurs just beginning and who want to start a new business.

Business & Community Institute
The Business & Community Institute (BCI) provides
on-demand, customized corporate and organizational training and
professional development services for clients from large
organizations to recently launched entrepreneurial ventures.

Business and Economics Department
The Business and Economics Department offers for-credit classes
specially designed for emerging entrepreneurs. Students have the
possibility to explore the opportunities and challenges of
entrepreneurship, as well as the skills and qualities needed to
thrive and succeed.

Lifelong Learning
The Community and Continuing Education programs allows aspiring
entrepreneurs to gain real world skills to support career
advancement, as well as explore hobbies and passions that could lead
to second income opportunities through short non-credit courses and
workshops.

K-12 Relations
The K-12 Relations department supports entrepreneurship through
training workshops and competitions specifically targeted at the
business innovators and leaders of tomorrow.
