Your rights as an employee at LCC

Federal and state laws combine to prohibit discrimination in employment based on race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, disability, marital status, height, weight or sexual orientation. Sexual harassment is a form of sex discrimination and is therefore illegal. It is also illegal for anyone to take reprisals against an employee because that employee has filed a discrimination complaint or because an employee has assisted in a complaint proceeding.
The following laws prohibit employment discrimination:

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 2000e, et. seq., as amended
Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. 621, et. seq.
Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. 794
Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. 12101
