Fall 2015 HBCU College Tour

Lansing Community College believes in helping students become aware of diverse transfer opportunities. Each year LCC helps eight students learn more about Historically Black Colleges and Universities through sponsoring participation in the Lansing Black College Tour. This year's tour will visit:

  • Coppin State University
  • Morgan State University
  • Bowie State University
  • University of Maryland Eastern Shore
  • Norfolk State University
  • Hampton University
  • Virginia State University
  • Virginia Union University
  • Howard University

The Historically Black Colleges and Universities is a consortium of five educational institutions whose campuses are located in close proximity, creating a unique university setting.

  • Clark Atlanta University
  • The Interdenominational Theological Center
  • Morehouse College
  • Morehouse School of Medicine
  • Spelman College

All students can cross register at the other HBCU institutions to gain access to a broader collegiate experience.

Prior to 2002 Morris Brown was a member of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
