Altiris

The Altiris system used by the LCC Help Desk to track technical issues and problems.  Altiris allows the Help Desk and all LCC employees to submit, monitor and respond to incidents online. The Altiris web feature is an enhancement - you will still be able to log requests via the telephone (483-5221) or by email (lcc1@lcc.edu)



Banner Web Self Service

The Banner Web Self Service system provides comprehensive self-service online access to your employee and academic information.

LCC Online Directory: 
The LCC Directory is accessed on the LCC Home Page.  By Providing the division/department/program/employee's name or telephone number, the directory can provide name, campus location, Email, phone number, department and mail code.

 

 

 


SBC Smart Pages
Desk top access to the online SBC telephone directory puts white pages, yellow pages, emergency, area codes, and service numbers at your fingertips.

 


Telephone Directory
LCC's telephone system provides a corporate directory that is updated every 24-hours. First and last name searches result in direct dial to the employee.
