Banner Self-Service upgrade
Banner Self-Service will have a different look and feel as part of the Banner 8.x upgrade taking place this weekend. A more modern interface is delivered with the upgrade, which is expected to improve the Banner self-service experience for customers.
What exactly is changing as a result of this upgrade?
The core functionality inherent in the Banner Self-Service product is not impacted. What is changing is the "look" of the pages in terms of colors and presentation.
As of June 2012, Banner Self-Service is fully supported with Internet Explorer 9, Safari 5. Most of Banner Self-Service is compatible with Firefox 12.
