Phase 3 - Student Articulation Application

Secondary Instructor:

  1. Complete the Student Articulation Application.
  2. Send a copy of Student Articulation Application to K-12 Relations Office for processing only after the student has graduated from high school.

K-12 Relations Office:

  1. Provide school district with Student Encouragement Letter for distribution to eligible students by end of school year.
  2. Verify student eligibility and send the Student Articulation Application to the Director of K-12 Relations to sign.
  3. Forward the Student Articulation Application to the registrar's office for credit to be awarded. Maintain a copy of the Student Articulation Application in the district/school file. Notify student of credit awarded.
  4. Generate a yearly report that includes number of students awarded credit by LCC course and school district.
