The Mental Health and Aging Project will present the annual Michigan Mental Health & Aging Conference at the Kellogg Center on the campus of Michigan State University.

Workshop topics include: late life suicide, self-determination, co-occurring substance abuse and mental illness, dementia assessment, spirituality, adults with autism, pain management, multiple sclerosis, healthcare decisions, anxiety disorders, psychotropic medications, ethical issues, mental status examination, trauma-informed care, intimacy and sexuality, and Parkinson’s disease.

Continuing education credits are available for social workers and nurses.

CMH staff responsible for PASRR evaluations may obtain reimbursement for all conference-related costs through the regular PASRR billing process.
