Lansing Community College to Take Part in Mason Aviation Day on August 20

LANSING, MICH. - Lansing Community College (LCC) will take part in Mason Aviation Day at the Mason Jewett Airport on Saturday, Aug. 20.

The event provides a unique opportunity for prospective LCC students to explore the College's Aviation technology program offerings, tour the Aviation Center, and learn more about LCC's aviation maintenance careers.

Mason Aviation Day is hosted by the Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 55, and will kick-off with an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast Saturday morning. Various types of aircraft - from World War II-era "warbirds" to helicopters to home-built planes - will be on display. Airplane rides and helicopter rides will also be available at various costs.
