A Strategic Pathway to Successful
Entrepreneurship
With funding from a federal Department of Labor’s Workforce Innovation and Regional Economic Development (WIRED), Lansing Community College Department of K-12 Relations established the Own a Business, Own Your Future: So You Want to Be an Entrepreneur youth initiative. The initiative provides an avenue for high school students to develop innovative business ideas and compete for academic and financial awards.
Because of the WIRED grant, we can offer the 2009 Own a Business, Own Your Future: So You Want to Be an Entrepreneur Youth Workshop kit.
In this kit you will find complete documentation of the 2009 event – from start to finish, planning and press releases to agendas and evaluations -- everything you need to replicate our event or inspire your own.
