Total Fitness Orientation Schedule for Summer 2013

 

All students enrolled in Total Fitness A, B, C, or D and Introduction to Fitness MUST attend an orientation session at any one of the following times.  There will be NO late orientations!

Orientation sessions will last approximately 50 minutes.  Students do not need to be dressed for activity.

Note:  Students cannot work out in the Fitness Center until they have completed an orientation.  This includes all new and returning students.  Contact the Physical Fitness and Wellness Office at 483-1227 if you have any questions.

Summer 2013

  • Orientation can also be completed through Desire-to-Learn (D2L) starting Thursday, June 6.  Please complete the "orientation quiz" on D2L.
  • In order to workout you MUST print off the completed copy and hand in at either Fitness Center!
