To return merchandise go to the OfficeMax website and follow the steps below:

Choose "Request an Order Return" under Your Orders listing

Fill out the required information indicated by the red asterisk, also the Account number and Contact Method

Click on the "Send Request" button and print Confirmation page

Complete a FAMIS Work Request to Receiving and have item picked up from department and delivered to Receiving.
