Where's my card?

An email will automatically be generated to your LCC student email account when a card is shipped from Higher One. If a card has already been sent to you, you can check the status of your card by visiting www.lansingccdebitcard.com and clicking the "Where's my card?" link.

What if my card was sent to the wrong address?

If your card was shipped to the wrong address, but you can receive mail at that address, please attempt to locate the card. If the card is undeliverable as addressed, the card will not be forwarded, and will be returned to Higher One. If you have updated your address with LCC, the college will automatically update Higher One, and a new card will be shipped to your new address once the original card has been returned in the mail.

What if my card due date has passed, and it still hasn't arrived?

If your card was sent to the correct address, but you have not received it, check with other members of the household to see if they have found any mail for you. If the card is still unaccounted for, you can contact LCC's help desk at (517) 483-5221 to report your lost card and have a new one sent to you.

(Please note that the cards are being shipped via USPS directly from the Higher One offices in New Haven, Connecticut - not from LCC. Consider giving the card a few extra days past the due date to allow for any postal delays.)
