1. This transfer guide represents an Articulation (partnership) Agreement between
   Lansing Community College (LCC) and Capella University. This guide facilitates 
   the transfer of 61-69 semester credit hours from the LCC Associate in Applied
   Science Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement (1210) toward completion  
   of the Capella University Bachelor of Science in Public Safety. This 
   articulated agreement does not have a specific expiration date. 
2. Students must graduate from LCC with an associate degree in an approved field
   of study with an overall GPA of 2.0, as calculated by LCC. 
3. See the Capella University General Education Requirement guide for a complete
   list of LCC course options.  
4. Select 4 credits from FREN/GRMN/JAPN/SPAN 122.
5. Select 3-4 credits from: ECON 120/260, GEOG 200, POLS 260/270, SOCL 120/260
   -AND- Select 9-13 credits from: PSYC 200, SOCL 120,254,260.  
6. Select 4 credits from: WRIT 121,122,131,132; ENGL 122,132.
7. Completion of 0-8 credits from LCC curriculum 1210-CHOICE 2B fulfills the 
   remaining course requirements for this transfer guide.

   to receive a LCC Associate Degree. Please contact an advisor for additional 
   information. Students seeking an LCC associate degree must fulfill specific

9. This transfer guide requires basic skill levels in mathematics, reading, and 
   writing.  To determine accurate course placement, students should take the 
   Computerized Placement Tests in the LCC Assessment Center (GB 200) prior to
