Transfer Your Credits and Earn Your Bachelors
Lansing Community College's Aviation Maintenance program offers courses, degrees and certificates that can be transferred to various four-year colleges. In addition to many of our courses being transferrable, we have an agreement with Western Michigan University that makes it worry-free for LCC students to attain their Bachelors of Science in Aviation Maintenance Technology from WMU.
Faculty and Staff
Led by program coordinator, Mark Cosgrove, our faculty and staff in the Aviation Maintenance department are highly skilled and trained to deliver the most up to date cutting edge technology and teaching techniques.
Finish Fast + Value
Our tuition for this program is extremely competitive and students can complete the program in just six semesters. Our program is broken down into three categories: 1) Aviation Maintenance General Subjects, 2) Airframe and Related Systems and 3) Powerplant and Related Systems.
Upon completion of the Aviation Maintenance Program you will have earned two separate associates degrees, three certificates and will be prepared to take your federal exams.
Be Prepared to Get a Job!
Graduates of the LCC Aviation Maintenance program often move from the classroom directly into employment in the aviation industry. Our program will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to be competitive in this exciting career field.
Upon graduation, LCC also provides a graduate referral service for students. We maintain contacts within the aviation maintenance industry and upon request, will refer our graduates to employers who are looking for qualified aviation professionals!
